Merge or Join Video Files

How to merge or join video files of different formats.

To merge several files into one large video, follow the next simple steps:
Step 1: Download and install Movavi Video Converter
Download Movavi Video Converter. After the download is finished, run the VideoConverterSetup.exe file and follow the installation wizard instructions.

Step 2: Run Movavi Video Converter and add original video files
* To select video files you would like to join, hit the join video files button or choose Add Video… from the File menu.
* In the opened Windows Explorer window browse for the necessary folder:

Step 3. Select files you want to merge
Make sure the files you want to merge are selected in the List of opened files:

Step 4: Choose a preset for an output video file.
If you want to merge video files and save an output file for any portable device, click the Devices tab and select one of ready-made presets there:

If you are an experienced user and want to select settings for an output file on your own, click the Advanced tab. Click the Settings link at the bottom right corner and specify video and audio stream settings that you like:

Step 5: Set up a proper output video file path and merge files
In the Output directory field specify a path where you want a ready audio file to be stored:

To start joining files, click the Join button:
